Gantsby ships packages using the United States Postal Service and UPS. There is free USPS Priority Mail shipping in the United States on orders over $100. Custom pieces may take up to two weeks to craft. For Holiday shipping, please see section below.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. Contact us using the Contact page to notify us of your return. We will give you shipping instructions in our response. All unused returns must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date and returned in the original packaging - Please include original receipt. All returns will be credited in full, less the shipping and handling. Any purchase made at a retail store or gallery must be returned to the retailer. Only web orders may be returned through gantsby.com. Ganstby is not responsible for lost packages, nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us. Gantsby stands behind the quality of its work. If you have any problems with your jewelry piece, please contact us using our Contact page. We will repair it free of charge, excluding the shipping and handling.


Holiday Shipping and Returns

We know that the holiday season is hectic. To avoid any shipping problems we encourage our customers to shop early. During the holiday season, our shippers cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive on time. Weather and an overload of packages may cause longer delivery times. Gantsby cannot be held responsible for any delays. Returns on holiday gifts will be honored until January 15, 2008. Otherwise our 14-day return policy is in effect.


Privacy Policy

We at Gantsby are online shoppers too. We believe that personal information should never be shared, rented, or sold to other businesses or persons. That is why we promise to never give out any of your personal information. Gantsby collects personal information to bring our customers better service and to inform them via email of any promotions and new products. Gantsby takes security issues very seriously, and we have taken steps to protect the personal information and data in our possession. This shall not be construed in any way as claiming to be fail proof. Gantsby does not store any credit card information. Whenever possible, financial information is not seen or collected by Gantsby itself, but rather by PayPal that routes the data, transfers the funds and confirms payment to both the customer and Gantsby.
